Summary

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the sales team. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals.

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers
• Train and develop the sales team
• Report on sales performance to managementQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and best practices
  • Experience with developing and executing sales strategies
  • Experience with managing sales pipeline
  • Experience with closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
