Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data and identify insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, and mobile app notifications.
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, infographics, and videos, to resonate with Paytm's diverse customer base.
- Manage and grow Paytm's online communities, fostering positive customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Build and nurture relationships with key influencers and partners.
- Measure the performance of marketing campaigns and analyze results to optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and data science, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices in the digital payments and financial services industry.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the financial services or e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Experience in managing online communities and building relationships with customers and influencers.
- Proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of the customer journey.
