Responsibilities:
- Optimize Workflows & Efficiency: Maintain and update organizational documents, calendars, and schedules. Manage travel arrangements and booking logistics. Coordinate meetings and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Communication & Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Effectively communicate information, updates, and decisions. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Detail-Oriented & Proactive: Perform data entry and document management tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Anticipate needs and proactively handle administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
