As an ABM Manager at Paytm, you'll be the architect of strategic relationships with our most valuable accounts. You'll own the entire lifecycle of these accounts, from in-depth research and personalized outreach to crafting targeted campaigns and driving measurable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Account Architect: Identify and research high-potential accounts, understanding their needs and challenges to develop tailored engagement strategies.
• Relationship Maestro: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and becoming a trusted advisor.
• Campaign Captain: Plan and execute personalized ABM campaigns across various channels (email, social media, events, etc.) to drive engagement and desired outcomes.
• Data Detective: Analyze campaign performance through data insights, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
• Content Collaborator: Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, sales) to develop relevant content and messaging that resonates with target accounts.

Skills:

• Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, preferably with experience in ABM strategies and execution.
• Strong understanding of account identification, segmentation, and targeting methodologies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, building rapport with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Proficiency in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis tools.
• Creative flair and the ability to develop personalized and impactful content for targeted accounts.
