As a Back Office Coordinator at Paytm in North Dumdum, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of administrative tasks within our branch. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer information, KYC documents, and other relevant records in designated systems.
- Process financial transactions such as cash deposits, withdrawals, and account adjustments.
- Handle customer queries and requests related to account information, transactions, and other administrative matters.
- Provide administrative support to internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Prepare reports and data summaries for internal use and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth resolution of issues and timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to strict data security and confidentiality protocols.
Skills:
- Minimum 12th pass with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in computer skills and comfortable working with various software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure error-free processing of tasks.
- Fluency in Bengali and English is essential.
