- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Paytm's products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex matters to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front office area
