As a Client Service Specialist at Paytm, you'll be the first line of support for our diverse client base, from small businesses to large enterprises. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring their seamless experience with Paytm's products and services by providing prompt, accurate, and personalized assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries across various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat.
• Provide in-depth knowledge and explain Paytm's products and services to clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Paytm integrations and transactions.
• Assist clients with onboarding, account management, and dispute resolution.
• Proactively identify client needs and recommend solutions to enhance their experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients and foster long-term loyalty.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze client feedback and identify areas for improvement in Paytm's offerings.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English, with Hindi or other Indian languages preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
