Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and prepare marketing data from various internal and external sources.
- Analyze marketing data to understand customer behavior, campaign performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, and influencer marketing.
- Track and measure campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Identify and analyze consumer trends and fashion preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure data-driven decision making.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices in the e-commerce and fashion industry.
- Present data and insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Python (preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the online fashion retail landscape (a plus).
