Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across various channels (social media, email, SEO, etc.).
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Create and execute engaging content campaigns that resonate with Myntra's target audience.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Track and analyze campaign performance through key metrics and optimize strategies for continuous improvement. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams (branding, product, analytics) to ensure a cohesive and effective digital marketing approach.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing and fashion industries.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and social media marketing.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media analytics tools, etc.).
- Creative thinking and storytelling skills to craft engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate strategies and campaign results to stakeholders.
- Passion for fashion and understanding of online shopping trends (a plus).
