Myntra is looking for Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) to join its team. The CRM will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Myntra's customers, and providing them with a high level of service. This includes understanding customer needs, resolving customer issues, and providing feedback to the Myntra team.

• Develop and maintain relationships with Myntra's customers
• Understand customer needs and preferences
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
• Provide feedback to the Myntra team on customer feedback and suggestions
• Track and measure customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service management or a related role
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Myntra's products and services is a plus
