You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering customer queries, processing orders, resolving returns and exchanges, and providing personalized recommendations.   • Provide comprehensive remote customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Handle customer orders, including processing payments, tracking shipments, and addressing order-related issues.
  • Assist with returns and exchanges, guiding customers through the process, coordinating with the logistics team, and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations to customers based on their preferences, purchase history, and browsing behavior.
  • Gather customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and escalate complex issues to the customer experience team.
