The Operations Professional is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of Myntra's e-commerce platform. This includes tasks such as order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the order fulfillment process from receiving orders to shipping them to customers
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are always in stock
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Work with logistics partners to ensure that orders are delivered on time and in good condition
• Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends and technologies
