The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of Myntra's supply chain and customer fulfillment functions. This includes overseeing the inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, and customer service operations. The Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring that Myntra's operations are efficient, effective, and compliant with all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the inbound and outbound logistics operations, including managing carriers, tracking shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery
• Manage the warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and picking and packing of inventory
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure that products are available to meet customer demand
• Manage the customer service operations, including resolving customer inquiries and complaints
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize operations
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the e-commerce industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
