The Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering data into Myntra's computer systems. This includes data from a variety of sources, such as customer orders, product information, and financial records. The Data Entry Operator must be able to type accurately and quickly, and must have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Enter customer data into our CRM system accurately and efficiently
• Process orders and invoices in a timely manner
• Manage our inventory levels and track inventory movements
• Answer customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide customer support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Excellent typing and data entry skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with CRM systems
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Experience with customer service
