The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Myntra customers. This includes resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, providing product and service information, and upselling and cross-selling products. The Customer Care Executive must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers
- Resolve customer issues to the satisfaction of the customer
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Skills:

Qualifications:
