The Controller is responsible for providing financial leadership and oversight to Myntra's business operations. This includes developing and implementing financial strategies, managing the company's accounting and reporting functions, and ensuring compliance with all applicable financial regulations. The Controller will also work closely with other members of the senior management team to provide financial analysis and insights that support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support Myntra's business goals
• Manage the company's accounting and reporting functions, including financial statement preparation, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making by the senior management team
• Oversee the company's treasury operations, including cash management, debt financing, and investment activities
• Work with the tax department to ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations
• Represent Myntra to external auditors and regulators

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting software
• Knowledge of GAAP and other financial regulations
• CPA or equivalent qualification

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of experience in a financial management role
• Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
