As a Jr. Marketing Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts in North Dumdum. You'll work closely with senior marketing personnel to develop and execute engaging campaigns that promote Mother Dairy's diverse range of products and services. Responsibilities:

• Assist with market research and competitor analysis to understand consumer preferences and market trends in North Dumdum.
• Generate creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, social media).
• Develop and manage engaging content (text, graphics, videos) for promotional materials, website, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with design agencies and production teams to ensure high-quality execution of marketing materials.
• Assist with event planning and execution, promoting Mother Dairy's brand at local events and community initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas into campaigns.
• Assist with other marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong creativity and a passion for developing engaging content.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, content management systems, etc.).
• Understanding of basic graphic design principles (a plus).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Bengali and English is essential.
