The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Operations team. This includes tasks such as managing schedules, tracking inventory, coordinating deliveries, and resolving customer issues. The Operations Coordinator must be a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules for the Operations team
• Track inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Coordinate deliveries with vendors
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Prepare reports and presentations for the Operations Manager
• Other duties as assigned
