• Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate records.
• Process invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
• Manage schedules and calendars for meetings and appointments.
• Provide administrative support to other departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, both physically and electronically.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on company updates and developments.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Be adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in a back-office or administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
