In this role, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from project initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and control. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, defining clear objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks and issues proactively, identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress closely, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on deviations or delays.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals.
• Manage project resources efficiently, optimizing team performance and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
• Conduct regular project reviews and presentations, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
• Manage project documentation, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, such as MS Project and Agile frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
