As a Marketing Coordinator at Mother Dairy, you'll be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional media, digital platforms, and in-store activations. You'll work closely with other marketing professionals, designers, and agency partners to bring fresh ideas to life and ensure our brand message resonates with consumers.

• Assist with the development of marketing strategies and campaign plans for specific products or initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to inform campaign development.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media posts, website copy, and emailers.
• Manage and coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, and banners.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
• Assist with event planning and execution, including trade shows, product launches, and consumer engagement activities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
• Proficiency in design software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
