  • Become the trusted advisor: Build strong relationships with Meesho sellers, understand their needs and challenges, and provide personalized support and guidance.
  • Empower with knowledge: Proactively educate sellers on platform features, best practices, and growth strategies through individual consultations, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve: Handle seller queries efficiently and effectively, offering solutions to technical issues, order fulfillment challenges, and other concerns.
  • Drive adoption and engagement: Encourage sellers to utilize Meesho's full potential by promoting new features, loyalty programs, and other initiatives.
  • Data-driven insights: Analyze seller performance data and identify opportunities for optimization, providing actionable recommendations to boost their sales and profitability.
