The Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as experience in managing and motivating teams. The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring that the team meets or exceeds all customer service goals, as well as providing excellent customer service to Meesho's customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
• Set and track goals for the team
• Provide training and development to team members
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment
• Work with other departments to ensure that customer service needs are met
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
