Meesho Recruitment 2023

The Sales Professional is responsible for acquiring and growing merchants on the Meesho platform. This role will involve identifying and developing new merchants, as well as upselling and cross-selling to existing merchants. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, as well as a passion for e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new merchants for the Meesho platform
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing merchants
  • Provide support to merchants throughout their journey on the Meesho platform
  • Track and report on sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in e-commerce
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the e-commerce industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
