  2. Issue resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, logistics, and technical teams, to resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
  3. Data analysis and reporting: Analyze customer support data and generate reports to identify trends, common issues, and areas for improvement.
