The Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading the customer service team at Meesho. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as experience in managing a large and complex team.
Responsibilities:
- Customer support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions via various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat. Assist customers with order-related issues, product inquiries, payment concerns, and general support requests. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and empathetic support.
- Issue resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, logistics, and technical teams, to resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Data analysis and reporting: Analyze customer support data and generate reports to identify trends, common issues, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the customer experience and optimize support processes. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer-centric solutions.
