As a Customer Support Executive at Meesho, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service through various channels like phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate the Meesho platform and resolve their queries promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage with customers: Respond to inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
Become an expert: Stay up-to-date on Meesho's products, features, policies, and processes to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Problem Solving Champion: Analyze customer concerns, troubleshoot issues effectively, and escalate complex cases to the relevant teams for resolution.
Building Relationships: Actively listen to customer needs, empathize with their concerns, and build strong rapport to ensure a positive experience.
