Meesho is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As the Office Clerk, you will play a key role in maintaining office operations, providing administrative support, and handling customer inquiries. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering and replacing them as needed.
- Coordinate and manage office events and meetings.
- Prepare and maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests, providing general information and assistance.
- Manage and maintain office calendar schedules.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, providing administrative support.
- Handle light data entry and filing tasks.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
