As a Customer Service Specialist at Meesho, you'll wear many hats. You'll be a problem-solver, a cheerleader, and a trusted advisor, always going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. From answering order-related queries to troubleshooting technical issues and providing product recommendations, you'll be the bridge between our amazing sellers and our ever-growing customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries across various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on Meesho's policies, products, and services.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and cancellations.
• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues with empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Offer personalized product recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure accurate data entry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
