About the Role
In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales within your assigned territory. You'll lead and inspire a team of sales representatives, develop strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with key clients.
Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for your assigned territory, aligned with overall company objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and coach a team of sales representatives, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to motivate and develop your team.
- Manage and motivate your team to achieve and exceed individual and collective sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads, developing effective strategies to convert them into paying customers.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Analyze sales data and generate insightful reports to identify trends, track performance, and inform future sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the e-commerce or B2B sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and generate insightful reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and overcome challenges.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
- A strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and social commerce landscape (a plus).
