Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets for various Maruti Suzuki models.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales executives, coaching them on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Manage and nurture relationships with dealerships in North Dumdum, ensuring smooth collaboration and achieving mutual goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and develop competitive strategies.
• Organize test drives, product launches, and promotional events to generate excitement and interest in Maruti Suzuki vehicles.
• Negotiate deals with customers, address their concerns, and ensure a seamless sales experience.
• Monitor sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role within the automobile industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coach others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Deep understanding of the Indian automotive market and Maruti Suzuki's product portfolio.
• Proficiency in computer applications and data analysis tools.
• Fluency in Bengali and English is essential.
