Responsibilities:

• Become the sourcing sleuth: Research and identify potential suppliers for various components and materials required for car production.
• Negotiation ninja: Secure the best deals with suppliers while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring quality standards.
• Order maestro: Place purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet production requirements.
• Quality watchdog: Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality specifications and contractual agreements.
• Data detective: Analyze purchasing data and identify trends and areas for improvement in the procurement process.
• Team player: Collaborate effectively with engineers, production teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless material flow and project success.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and overcome challenges in the procurement process.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with suppliers and communicate effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in computer software and applications, including MS Office Suite and relevant procurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
