Responsibilities:
- Empathy Champion: Actively listen to customer concerns, providing emotional support and understanding throughout their interaction with Maruti Suzuki.
- Technical Guru: Possess a deep understanding of Maruti Suzuki's cars, services, and warranty policies, accurately answering inquiries and addressing customer needs.
- Problem Solver: Work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues related to car servicing, breakdowns, warranty claims, etc.
- Communication Bridge: Communicate clearly and concisely with diverse stakeholders, using persuasive language and demonstrating cultural sensitivity.
- Technology Savvy: Utilize customer care systems and diagnostic tools efficiently to manage interactions and track progress.
- Continuous Learner: Remain updated on Maruti Suzuki's latest offerings, service updates, and customer care best practices through ongoing training.
