Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to Maruti Suzuki car owners and prospective buyers.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve their issues promptly and courteously.
• Assist customers with vehicle purchases, servicing, and maintenance needs.
• Offer product information and recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Build rapport and trust with customers to develop long-term relationships.
• Follow Maruti Suzuki's customer service policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills:

• Minimum 12th passed or equivalent, preferably with a Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the automobile industry is a plus.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Hindi fluently.
