Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Head of Marketing

Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales for Lenskart. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and display advertising. They will also have experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns, as well as tracking and analyzing marketing metrics




Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with Lenskart's overall marketing goals
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure ROI and optimize campaigns
  • Work with the creative team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of success in driving results through digital marketing

Experience as a Fresher:

  • Freshers with a strong academic background and a passion for digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
