As our Marketing Technologist, you'll be the bridge between marketing strategy and tech execution. From implementing cutting-edge marketing automation platforms to analyzing data and optimizing campaigns, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring every click, swipe, and purchase at Lenskart is powered by intelligent technology.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Automation Platform Management: Set up, configure, and manage best-in-class marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Campaign Execution & Optimization: Leverage marketing automation tools to automate workflows, personalize customer experiences, and optimize campaign performance across channels.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze marketing data from various sources, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and generate insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making.
• Technical Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues related to marketing automation platforms, ensuring smooth campaign execution and data accuracy.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest marketing technology trends and identify new tools and methodologies to enhance Lenskart's marketing performance.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with marketing, IT, and other internal teams to ensure successful implementation and utilization of marketing technologies.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (strong analytical skills and a passion for technology are essential!).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud).
• Strong understanding of data analysis principles and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable insights.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a proven track record of successfully implementing marketing automation solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
