  • Actively listen to customer concerns and understand their vision needs and preferences.
  • Recommend suitable eyewear options based on customer needs, style, and budget.
  • Guide customers through the online eye exam process, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, managing returns, and resolving any product or service issues.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on Lenskart products, services, and promotions.
  • Build rapport with customers and create a positive and personalized experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including optometrists and stylists, to ensure seamless customer service.
