As a Jr. Sales Executive at Lenskart, you'll be the face of the brand in our stores, providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect eyewear solutions for their needs. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets, offering personalized recommendations, and building lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and identify their eyewear needs.
• Showcase Lenskart's wide range of eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses.
• Assist customers in choosing the right eyewear based on their style, budget, and prescription.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services, such as lens coatings and eye exams.
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service.
