As a Marketing Associate at Lenskart, you'll be the brushstroke that paints Lenskart's vision onto the world. You'll wear many hats, from conducting market research and identifying target audiences to developing and executing creative marketing campaigns across various channels, managing social media presence, crafting compelling content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure every touchpoint reflects Lenskart's dedication to clear vision and bold style.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, and in-store activations.
• Manage and optimize Lenskart's social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction.
• Craft compelling copy for marketing materials, website content, and product descriptions.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and providing actionable insights.
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices in the omnichannel retail landscape.
• Assist with event planning and execution, ensuring seamless brand experiences.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to develop engaging and eye-catching marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content for various audiences.
• Proficiency in social media management and marketing tools.
• Analytical skills and the ability to track and analyze campaign performance data.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
