Lenskart is looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Specialists to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist at Lenskart, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers across all channels, including phone, email, social media, and chat. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to Lenskart's customers across all channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
• Maintain and update customer records
• Provide feedback to the customer service team on ways to improve our service

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience with customer support software is a plus
