Lenskart is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Lenskart customers, and helping them to get the most out of their Lenskart experience. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving customer issues, and providing feedback to the Lenskart team to help improve our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Lenskart customers
• Identify and resolve customer issues
• Provide feedback to the Lenskart team to help improve our products and services
• Educate customers about Lenskart products and services
• Upsell and cross-sell Lenskart products and services
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone, email, and social media
