In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers by helping them with their eyewear needs, answering their questions, and resolving their issues. You will also be responsible for learning about Lenskart's products and services in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers by answering their questions, resolving their issues, and helping them with their eyewear needs
• Learn about Lenskart's products and services in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Process orders and returns
• Update customer records
• Work with other customer care representatives to provide a seamless customer experience
