Lenskart is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support through a variety of channels, such as chat, email, and social media. You will also be responsible for resolving customer issues and escalating issues to the appropriate team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through chat, email, and social media
• Resolve customer issues
• Escalate issues to the appropriate team members
• Maintain customer records and data
• Update customers on the status of their orders
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Collect and analyze customer feedback

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Good knowledge of Lenskart's products and services
• Experience with customer support software is a plus
