As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support to Lenskart's customers. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide information about Lenskart's products and services
• Handle customer complaints and feedback
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
