Lenskart is looking for a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Lenskart team. This includes managing customer orders, tracking inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and preparing sales reports.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders and ensure that they are processed accurately and on time
• Track inventory levels and place orders with suppliers as needed
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that shipments are received and delivered on time
• Prepare sales reports and track sales performance
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Lenskart team

Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of the e-commerce industry
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
