Lenskart is looking for passionate and customer-centric Customer Success Associates to join our team and help us build and maintain long-term relationships with our customers. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, helping them get the most out of Lenskart's products and services, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will also be responsible for providing feedback to the product and engineering teams to help improve Lenskart's products and services.

• Work with other teams to ensure that customers are satisfied with Lenskart's products and services

Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of the e-commerce industry
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
