Lenskart, India's leading optical eyewear company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Back Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to Lenskart's operations. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks, including order processing, customer inquiries, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability and timely replenishment
• Prepare and maintain reports related to order processing, customer inquiries, and inventory management
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as document preparation, data entry, and filing
