The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service and meeting sales goals in a Lenskart retail store. This position requires a strong understanding of eyewear and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers to the store
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate eyewear
• Measure and fit eyeglasses
• Process orders and payments
• Maintain a clean and organized store
• Upsell products and services
• Cross-sell to customers
• Answer customer questions and resolve complaints
• Attend training and development programs
