Lenskart is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Technologist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growing marketing and communications efforts. As a Marketing Technologist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing marketing automation tools, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing marketing data to identify trends and measure success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, experience in marketing automation, and a passion for technology and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage marketing automation tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Pardot.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various media channels, including print, digital, and social media.
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends, measure success, and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging marketing technologies and trends.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including market research, branding, and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Experience in marketing automation, preferably with Marketo, Salesforce, or Pardot.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools, such as SQL and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve deadlines and project goals.
• Passion for technology and innovation.
