Lenskart, India's leading optical retail chain, is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Senior Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing analytics plans to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources, including website analytics, social media metrics, and customer relationship management (CRM) data
• Identify trends and patterns in marketing data to gain insights into customer behavior and campaign performance
• Prepare comprehensive marketing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing analytics with overall business objectives

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
