We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lenskart. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Lenskart customers. You will also be responsible for resolving customer issues and providing support for Lenskart products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to Lenskart customers
• Resolve customer issues and provide support for Lenskart products and services
• Answer customer questions about products and services
• Process orders and returns
• Update customer accounts and records
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Lenskart products and promotions

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
